Phoenix, AZ ? Belo Media Phoenix is seeking a seasoned Internet Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals for our growing Internet Solutions Team. DUTIES: Responsibilities include developing sales strategies for achieving revenue goals; motivating, educating, and leading a team of inside and outside sales professionals; building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and interactive agencies; managing the valuation of online inventory; and overseeing the pre-sales, insertion order, and ad delivery processes. Additional duties include forecasting, tracking, and reporting overall sales performance; overseeing the creation of media kits, sales collateral, case studies and rate cards; analyzing industry research to identify trends and opportunities; and evaluating new product proposals. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS with a minimum of three years experience managing sales and business development efforts in the Internet industry. Strong creative, interpersonal, technical and leadership skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and mastery of online marketing and advertising concepts (PPC, CPM, SEM, etc.) is required.
